Laura has more than 20 years experience in the outsourcing industry, including roles at director level within pre-sales, business take-on and finance. She has also served as an interim IT Director for a number of companies.
Laura started her career as a management accountant for an IT outsourcing company and was promoted to Finance Director. She is an experienced commercial manager, at the forefront of selling and negotiating contracts along with delivering performance improvement in IT and business processes.
Laura has renegotiated large outsourcing contracts and is a key contributor when resolving complex contract issues. She has set up and managed new teams and led a number of challenging outsourcing and cost-reduction programmes. Laura has extensive experience in developing IT and sourcing strategies, transforming service supply, capitalising on existing internal capability and using the right suppliers to deliver value.
Laura’s expertise extends to several business sectors, including retail, construction, logistics and utilities.

Chris has more than 25 years experience in the Information and Communication Technology industry. For six years, he was the director of a FTSE 250-listed IT services company, with three years at main board level. He has spent 18 years in the IT outsourcing industry, either as a supplier or customer of outsourcing services.
Chris has a business analysis background. He designed and implemented a number of purchasing and financial systems before moving on to general management of various shared service centres, including help desk, infrastructure services and business process outsourcing. In these roles, Chris gained considerable experience in driving best practice processes, people management and customer service. He is highly effective at building and leading effective teams, reducing costs and improving customer service.
On the customer side, Chris has acted as interim IT Director, mentor and advisor on all aspects of IT service delivery. He has led many customers through the process of developing an IT strategy, sourcing strategy, and tendering and supplier selection.
Chris’s expertise encompasses several business sectors, including logistics, automotive, financial services and utilities.
