The Grange Consultants team has a background in Operational Service Delivery obtained in the IT and Business Process Outsourcing industry. We have PLC board level experience in key positions including Finance, Business Development, Operations, HR and IT.

We have specific experience in management buyouts, bid management (proposition development through to take-on), general management, change management, programme management and management development/coaching. All this experience has been gained whilst in line positions within the outsourcing industry.

Our experience makes us uniquely qualified to analyse IT and other business process performance with the aim of improving your cost base and service quality. We can recommend the best sourcing strategy to meet your business needs which may involve both outsourcing and ‘insourcing’. We can help to implement this strategy by leading you through the outsourcing process and/or running an ‘insourcing’ change management programme.
