Case Study
The following case study shows how we achieved our customers’
objectives.

Savings of £3.9m (15%) were generated from leading
the customer through a major change programme within
the IT function, with the new team being left with the
opportunity for at least a further £1.5m of savings
(total 21%). This was achieved by the following actions
carried out over a period of 6 months.
- New organisation implemented, reducing team from
45 to 8
- Focused key roles by aligning them to the business
- Implemented new and improved processes
- Re-negotiated existing outsourcing agreements
