Benchmark services: Benchmarking is a key input in driving improvements in IT service. Other consultants may provide a painstaking, costly or detailed analysis, but we can quickly benchmark IT costs and service quality. Our consultants’ experience ensures we can effectively identify target areas for improvement, focus on the areas of greatest reward and help you invest only in those that provide a strong ROI. The outcome of this service is a barometer of IT performance delivered in a red/amber/green format, together with an action plan.

Measure your customers’ perception.
Customer Perception Survey services: IT departments often suffer from “poor press,” because they fail to take their customers’ perceptions into account. Our process uses direct interviews rather than a “dry” exchange of forms. Using our database of questions, we work with your sponsor to tailor a survey and interview list. You uncover what key senior stakeholders think of your IT organisation and how your services are aligned with business strategy and expectations. You can use the results as the basis for the recommended action plan and as a yardstick to gauge improvements in perception.

Risk Review services: A successful IT service improvement programme must incorporate risk assessment for both the business as a whole and the IT department specifically.
